This legal notice and information governs the use of the Internet website www.casvisportacademy.com (hereinafter, the “Website”). The holder of the Website is the company Eurolenguas S.A. (hereinafter, “CASVI”).

We kindly request you to carefully read the following information before using this Website. The use of this digital publication and its contents is subject to such terms of use. If you do not accept the following terms and conditions, please refrain from accessing this Website and its contents.

1) User access to the website

By accessing the Website you become a user. The user must be aware that the access and use of the services and contents of the Website is performed under their sole and exclusive responsibility.

3) CASVI’s rights

CASVI reserves the following rights:

To amend the access requirements to the Website, whether of a technical nature or otherwise, unilaterally and without prior notice to users, without prejudice to the provisions of the particular terms and conditions governing the use of a specific service and/or content of the Website.

To establish particular terms and conditions, a fee or other requirements for accessing certain services and/or contents.

To limit, exclude or condition the access of users on the fulfilment of all the guarantees corresponding to the proper use of the Website pursuant to the obligations and prohibitions undertaken by users.

4) CASVI’s indemnity and limitation of liability

CASVI will not be held liable for any manner of damages under the following circumstances:

As a result of any inability or difficulty when connecting to the communications network through which this Website may be accessed.

As a result of any interruption, suspension or cancellation of the access to the Website, as well as of the availability and continuity of the operation of the Website or of the services and/or contents therein, where this is due to a cause beyond CASVI’s direct or indirect control.

CASVI will not be held liable for the services and contents, nor for the availability and terms and conditions, whether of a technical nature or otherwise, regarding access to such services and contents, which may be offered by third-party service providers, particularly with regard to providers of information society services.

CASVI will not be held liable for the quality and speed of access to the Website and the technical requirements the user must meet in order to access the Website and its services and/or contents.

Likewise, CASVI will not be held liable for any delays or failures that may take place during the access and/or operation of the services and/or contents of the Website, due to any Force Majeure event.

5) Industrial and Intellectual Property

The user acknowledges that the contents and services offered by means of the Website, including, without limitation, graphics, images, animations, music creations, videos, sounds, drawings, photographs, all comments, exhibitions, computer applications, databases and code thereof, are protected by virtue of intellectual property regulations. The copyright and economic exploitation rights of this Website exclusively belong to CASVI. Regarding the contents included on the Website, the copyright and economic exploitation rights are the property of CASVI, or where appropriate, of the relevant third parties or entities, and in both cases they are protected by virtue of current intellectual property regulations.

Brands, trade names or distinctive signs appearing on the Website are the property of CASVI or, where appropriate, of the relevant third parties, and are protected by virtue of current industrial property regulations.

The provision of services and the publication of contents by means of the Website will not be construed in any case as the assignment, waiver or transfer, whether partially or in full, of the ownership of the relevant intellectual and industrial property rights.

Under no circumstances may the user use any services and contents on the Website for purposes other than personal use, save for those exceptions established under these general terms conditions of use corresponding to this Website or under the particular terms and conditions CASVI may establish to govern the use of a specific service and/or content offered by means of the Website.

If any wrongful or negligent action or omission directly or indirectly attributable to the user of the Website resulting in the breach of CASVI’s intellectual and industrial property rights or third-party rights -whether or not the user may benefit from such breach- causes CASVI any damages, losses, joint and several liabilities, expenses of any kind, penalties, enforcement measures, fines and other amounts arising from any claim, suit, action, lawsuit or procedure, whether civil, criminal or administrative in nature, CASVI will have the right to defend itself against the user by all legal means available to it and to claim any compensation, including, without limitation, any moral damages and damages to its reputation, consequential damages and loss of profit, advertising costs and/or any other kind of damages that may be necessary regarding their remedy, any penalties or convictions, interest for late payment, the cost of financing said amounts that may correspond to the opposing party, legal costs and legal fees regarding any proceedings brought against CASVI for the above-mentioned causes for the damages caused by its actions or omissions, without prejudice to the exercise of any other actions that may correspond to CASVI pursuant to applicable regulations.

6) Hyperlinks

Those persons or entities intending to create or effectively creating a hyperlink from a web page corresponding to another Internet website to any of the pages of the Website must comply with to the following terms:

No reproduction, whether in full or in part, of any of the services or contents of the Website is permitted.

No deep-linking, image links or frames will be established with the pages of the Website without CASVI’s prior express consent.

No false, misleading, inaccurate or incorrect statement will be included on the pages of the Website or on its services or contents.

CASVI will accept no liability for the information contained on third party websites connected by means of links to the Website or which are not managed directly by our Website administrator.

8) Term and Termination

The Website and any other services are to be provided, in principle, for an indefinite term. However, CASVI is entitled to terminate or discontinue the provision of the service of the Website and/or any of the services at any time, notwithstanding the provisions in this regard set out in the corresponding Particular Terms and Conditions, if any. CASVI will give prior notice of the termination or discontinuation of the provision of the Website service and other services when reasonably possible.

9) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions will be governed by Spanish laws. The parties, expressly waiving their right to their own jurisdiction, undertake to submit any disputes that may arise between them to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
